NOTE: We are not accepting new machines right now for servicing and/or repairs. Our technician is away on a family emergency. If you would like to place your machine on a list to be serviced and/or repaired, call or email our store. Thank you for understanding, and we will do our best to serve you in the future.
No appointment necessary, bring your machine in and we will add it to the queue. If you don’t want to be without your machines for too long, call ahead to make arrangements at 613-264-1547.
Machine service includes disassemble machine, clean, remove dirt & lint, oil & grease all moving parts. Check machine operation, check & adjust tension, hook and needle timing. Test bobbin winder and reverse. Replace needle and do a sew test. Starting at $85.00 plus tax. We service most makes and models of machines.
There is a $35.00 minimum charge for machine diagnostic.
